Took my watch in for a repair, quoted £70, sent it off. Got a text quoted £140. Asked for my watch back, a week later I receive a watch that is in pieces. Guy kept my receipt too. Then tells me I and my elderly mother have an attitude and starts kicking off on me. I've talked to customer services who have been a bit more approachable but stay away from this place. Guy needs to find some farm work or something out the way of the public talking to people like that

Timpson in West Kirby was wonderful. Made a special effort to get watch strap for someone else ordered - it came next day so buyer has a lovely new item for Xmas. Lovely people. So helpful. They really bother.
