I can’t rate this company high enough, nothing is to much trouble and the service and cleanliness is nothing short of outstanding.... the fee is very modest and worth every penny if not more..... I had no issues moving out and that was down to Rite Clean Services ... Thank you

I booked a carpet clean that was all confirmed. Lady came to the house before the day the carpets were to be cleaned however I was on a work call and confirmed this when i answered the door, therefore she confirmed she would post the paperwork through the letter box. She did not do this and did not contact me afterwards with the paperwork as i was expecting. I waited and eventually contacted them to which i recieved a response confirming they could no longer fit me in as they 'assumed' i wasn't interested anymore because they chapped the door again and i didn't answer - which i did not hear! (the lady could see through my window i was on a work call as i previously told her when i first answered the door). I did not cancel and i did not recieved a follow up message to confirm or cancel the booking. Now left short notice trying to sort someone else to do this.
