Very quick reply, incredibly reasonable price for travelling some 90 miles one way. Quick to collect, great communication, sent me videos and kept me informed the whole time because I wasn’t with my vehicle while it was being collected. Called him up out of the blue to get my car taken to the mechanic. He picked up, gave me a clear quote and showed up when he said he would. He also provided videos and photos to reassure me as I was unavailable for the collection.Professional and useful, will recommend and use again

He did what RAC could not do and came quickly! He was friendly and attentive to our need and got us back to where we needed to go ,nothing was too much trouble. Said he would be with us in 45 minutes and was.would recommended this company and price was better than another that was nearer to !

Smoothest experience, I can’t fault the service in anyway whatsoever. Constant communication throughout (relaying distance and time to collection point, early arrival for collection AND simple booking process).Had the pleasure of riding with John to the garage and can honestly say he’s a genuine person. No forced conversation and actually someone I would converse with beyond this transaction. With all that being said, great price (cheapest quote I received), great quality service (car was on the flatbed in no time) and will even take the time to liaise with the garage before setting off from the job.I will use his service again if need be. I'm a pretty demanding customer and I can't fault his service at all. I contacted him about a broken down car and he arrived within an hour, transported to the desired location asap and he also did video checks at collection and delivery. He was also incredibly accommodating with my changing requests. I have used him a few times already and will use again.
