Not impressed. My wife returned an item She bought online and 4 weeks later still had no refund even though an email came after 3 days saying they have received it. Almost £100 which is a lot to lose. Can’t get through on the phone as they just cut you off. So I used the customer services online tool to raise the query. I got an email 2 days later saying “our records show that your query has been resolved”! This has not been resolved and I’m out of pocket. No refund and no resolution. This is the last time We buy from mountain warehouse online. We’ve hit a brick wall and it’s very frustrating as no one is there to speak to. I replied to their email but no luck with an answer. I guess they don’t reply to standard emails. So I’ll just have to start all over again. I can’t afford to just give up.

Great in store shopping experience! Very helpful lady called Maria who helped with stock issues, as she found the items we wanted on line an ordered them for home delivery. Very straightforward.

I purchased 2 pairs of the same boots online which were a bargain, from £52 down to £28 soo to start things off that was amazing, I bought a size 10 and size 9 and the 10 were perfect soo I went to return the size 9, the woman in store did the return instantly with no hassle and I was very happy with my experience

We bought some really good quality camping chairs and matching picnic bags in the sale. The sales person was very helpful in locating the chairs we wanted so everything matched. Very good customer service.
