SEASON YOUR CHICKEN! Chicken had an odd texture and was dry and tough! Salt and pepper chips were odd, made better myself. Gave it a chance despite the rating. Wish I hadn't.I would avoid....

I thought I would be third time lucky with the Golden Pagoda. Again we had to wait 45 mins in a walk in order and the big disappointment was the food as it was absolutely nothing special. Tasteless and not enjoyable. We will not be back.

Best Chinese takeaway ever! Have been eating here since I was a wee girl and it is always so tasty! Cannot beat the Crispy Aromatic Chicken, we have it every time we order, and even though we moved out of the village a few years ago we still come here to buy it! Staff are very friendly and the portions are generous, great value for money, would highly recommend!

ordered delivery two weeks ago, excellent. First time getting salt and pepper chips. Loved them, so I ordered a bag tonight along with chicken curry. I had asked to take out green peppers and just add onions instead.which they did. However the chips were not good on this occasion. Managed to eat a few, rest went into bin. Disappointing especially as they aren't cheap. They were hard and if truth be told, like someone had put them in a microwave oven.

It was disgusting,the chicken in the curry was chewy and chips were soggy.Its like it had all been reheated.will not be ordering from here again.

Just tried to eat beef, green pepper and black bean sauce. The most insipid and tasteless Chinese meal I have ever had. Absolutely no taste of black bean sauce. Afraid I won't be buying from here again. Not cheap at the end of the day either. I was fooled by good" reviews."

I understand that a lot of people are ordering food for delivery and we have had takeaways from here and they have been good. Today, we ordered at 18:30 and they just turned up at our front door at 21:50... we even called for a couple of updates and were just told half and hour... haha altogether 3hours and 20mins waiting on a delivery, it’s a new record for me, to bad we were all heading off to bed when it arrived. Pretty bad service all round - didn’t even take our number and make us aware of any delays. Shame.

All the dishes tasted the same? Would I use again? No, worth travelling to Cupar for tasty Chinese food! Would not recommend

I made a point of adding this review because the current 3.7 average is not right. My meal and the service was perfect tonight. Really yummy. I have high standards when it comes to food and I will definitely buy from here again.
