We as a family have been with this clinic a number of years now and have always found the service provided brilliant. The team that support this practice are professional, caring and always have the interest and treatment of the patient at the forefront of anything they do. The Dentist, Dental Nurse, Hygienist and receptionist all follow high standards and to that end I would recommend this practice

I went to Chichester dental practice for full implant s . Clive Goves and all his staff were very professional, caring and very helpful by putting me at ease as I was a little scared . The final result was fantastic my husband said my teeth looked perfect and very natural. I am really thrilled with the result and after having dentures for 30 years . Can’t believe the way my teeth look and feel . All my thanks to Clive Goves and his team .

Mo Patel was highly recommended by another specialist due to the complexity of my teeth and what was needed,I needed someone who I could trust and who had experience,someone who could help me get the best results from a pretty complex situation.I was very anxious and nervous as never liked the denist but right from the start I was put at ease from the extremely friendly reception staff to Mo himself.Everyone was understanding and always friendly,Mo talked me though all the options we spend a lot of time checking and chatting about what we both expected from the end result,Quote was given and appointments booked,Mo did the work taking a good few hours over a few appointments,the end results by far exceeded my expectations,Mo is so friendly, I felt I could ask him anything, all the work was done at my pace and I was always put at ease,I have had so many compliments on my teeth sense Mo worked his magic, I am over the moon with what Mo has managed to do and would highly recommend Mo for anyone needing work doing,

Having never been to the Dentist I was incredibly nervous,I was booked in immediately as a new patient and the kindness and compassion the team here showed me was lovely, dr Mo and Casey were wonderful to me talking me through everything from my treatment to my financial options giving me the best care I could imagine.

Clive Goves was brilliant after I managed to knock half my front tooth out in a rowing incident. He was professional, sensitive and did such a good job - you can't tell it's been capped! He went the extra mile to fit an appointment in for me and I was so relieved it wasn't a long wait! Would highly recommend!

Excellent service from the welcoming receptionist to the dental team of Dr Mo and Casey. Everyone was kind and supportive

I had the unfortunate need to find a dentist twice in a single week! I chose Chichester Dental purely for their location close to my home.I cannot fault the dental work itself, with swift and effective temporary filling inserted, and a crown refitted (avoiding those Christmas toffee's for sure now!)The reason I score low was the unnerving and rather abrupt conversation I had on entering the consultant's room, when the dentist informed me that having had 2 emergency appointments with them, I should be aware that if a 3rd was required I would not be welcome at Chichester Dental.I am unsure whether I had said something or been awkward in any form, but it certainly felt like we had got off on the wrong foot.The dentist's concern and reason for making the statement was the lack of a 'new registration examination'. I fully appreciate the need and the value in making sure patients go through the correct path to get the greatest value from their dentist, and the best subsequent teeth health that that will deliver, however having not been offered one, and having tried to book one on the first visit, only to be given the option of an emergency appointment, I was more than a little miffed to be reprimanded before taking the chair.I spent the remainder of the time on the backfoot trying to persuade the dentist of my genuine intentions, which doesn't really help with the stress of the appointment itself.I'd spent £300 on the 2 appointments, but that doesn't buy empathy at Chichester Dental.The communication to patients of a maximum number of emergency appointments should be made at a different time and at a different place than I got, and possibly with a less assertive opening statement.I have booked a formal new appointment registration at another private dentist

Dental examination today was thorough, relaxed and professional. Dentist Mo shared his findings honestly and with transparency.Receptionist is always friendly and accommodating.The 2 new hygienists are excellent and carry on from Jo. Both are professional, share knowledge and demonstrated compassionate care.
