Front office helpful, but then the trouble started...late arrival of ordered goods, wrong items sent. Promised correct items which im still waiting for 5 weekd after order. Haphazard response from phone complaints. All in all a disaster

Popped in to get a replacement washer for a leaking outdoor tap, received advice (the washer I'd already used to fix the damaged washer was fine, what I needed was some PTFE tape), left happy and the above worked! Tap no longer leaks.

Wow, amazingly helpful staff, we struggled to find a particular type of shower tray yet these folks had them on the shelf. A big shout out to Phil & his colleagues who all know your onions. The added bonus was that the tray was cheaper than expected.The icing on the cake is we just happened to call in on 'Pie Friday' and thanks the very helpful young lady (Claire) at the counter made us feel very welcome were treated us to a free pie and a coffee!We'll certainly back for the rest of our bathroom sanitary ware, a great find!***Update - just popped back for a new loo and sink, Lee in the bathroom showroom taking very good care of us too! ****

Needed to join a garden hose after moving, tried to buy an adapter online, waste of £10, the guy behind the counter was super helpful, gave me advice (I’m not a plumber) even gave me a bit of damaged pipe, including parts and a hacksaw £4.50! Can’t beat personal touch and expert knowledge 11/10!

Great service. I bought online making a mistake with my delivery address. Martin sorted everything out. When I needed to return a faulty item under warranty again this branch ensured the supplier replaced the item. Plumbase were recommended by my plumber, and I highly recommend the friendly personal service at this branch from Martin and the team.
