Excellent company that have produced a PCB display for my Dometic fridge, Dometic have discontinued this board and if you did need a new one you would need to take the fridge out to replace, crazy!! Apuljack have over come this. If you have a Dometic fridge in you van playing up speak to these guys first. . Thankyou

Highly disappointed with the customer service I have recently experienced from Apuljack Engineering. Spent £349 on a repair, had a number of queries which were completely ignored and communication both by phone and email was extremely rude with the receptionist. Avoid if possible. This company take their customers for granted. One star is too generous.Just to add a post script to this review. Received my unit back after paying another €68 in customs duty- to be fair this is beyond their control. I took the parcel with me as in a hurry when leaving home. When I went to fit it the unit arrived with no fuses. Please note it had a significant number of fuses when I sent it to them. This added insult to injury and caused a major delay, cist and inconvenience to my already poor experience. When I complained by email to Paul (director) I received no acknowledgement. If you plan on sending units from any EU country, please note the customs charges in my case were £66 and on return €68. These people refuse to engage at any level and don't seem to like negative feedback. Will look for every possible alternative solution before engaging with this company again. Be warned, engage their services with your eyes open.

I sent my Elektroblock to Apuljack for a exchange item, I was not disappointed, I had the item back in a few day and now my motorhome is back fully working. Very happy and would definitely recommend this company. Thank you Nick from Frinton on sea

Cannot fault this company. Spoke to Lin on the phone , very helpful.Sent my fuseboard and control panel for my Swift caravan to these guys for repair as I had no electrics. I was kept updated with the process of my order from the moment it was received til the day it was dispatched. Items were repaired and returned to me within 10 days (11 days sooner than quoted)Items were fitted back on my caravan and everything is working again.Brilliant service. Would highly recommend and would definitely use them again

Unusual way of contacting them for necessary form to post unit. Pricing was accurate, the psu is back in motorhome and working great.

The display panel on my Bailey caravan wentBlank on 12v supply. Apuljack were recommended, I explained my problem via email and had very quick response advising cost of repair and replacement, even offering advice on panel removal. A further email from them suggested that the problem probably rested with a fuse on the battery lead. This proved to be the case.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Apuljack in the future.

Courteous and professional from start to finish. We had no 12v in our caravan. After speaking to Apuljack the Sargeant PSU and control panel were taken down to Somerset. Everything now works fine once again. Thanks and would recommend 100%.

Great product, great service. Solved a massive issue where my Dometic Fridge Freezer Control Panel needed to be replaced and nobody did one. Dometic wanted to sell me a new one. Will recommend you to everyone I can who has an electronic fault on their van.

What a fantastic company to have found, my motor home fridge was out of action, couldn't believe the price of a new one, I figured out it was the pcb control board was faulty, purely by chance made contact with Apuljack, they not only repaired my old board but also manufactured a brand new replacement, my fridge is now back up and running, what a great team. If needed I will definitely be in touch with them again.
