Used Ascot flowers quite a few times to send flowers to my nan. Theyre always so fresh, they last a long time and always exactly what I ask for.Everyone there is SO lovely and understanding, even to waiting at the door as she takes a while to get there!Cant recommend enough.

Ordered some flowers this morning and have just taken delivery.They are absolutely beautiful and far beyond my expectations. Absolutely amazing service, would highly recommend. Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day and the bouquet was beautiful, the quality of the flowers are fantastic and have lasted really well! The customer service from Ascot flowers is great, even the delivery driver was excellent. Will definitely purchase from Christianne again in the future!

TERRIBLE! AVOID THIS AWFUL COMPANY!!!!!! Flowers were half dead on arrival and totally dead two days after. How embarrassing on Mother's Day. Sent 3 emails...no response. Look forward to whatever excuse they having for not replying. Sad to leave a bad review without speaking to them first but they have left me no choice. £50 totally wasted.

I cannot recommend this florist enough! We sadly lost our step dad and we contacted Ascot flowers in Windsor and they were so helpful and understanding at this difficult time. Wanting to order flowers yesterday, to send from Yorkshire to my Sister in law in Windsor, I rang this shop to see if they could help.The lady I spoke to on the phone was so lovely. I explained what I wanted and the reason for sending the flowers. Everything was sorted and paid for in a few minutes. The flowers were delivered today and they are beautiful. Thank you so much, I would certainly recommend this florist.
