Absolute mess. Unorganised disaster of a placeI feel I should explain.30 min wait for food (burgers). Staff just aimless. Tables covered in wrappers and crumbs. The staff were just literally stood at the pass flicking thru the screens with loads of food they could have made orders with. It was really odd to witness. It was like they couldn't see the customers waiting. Not even slightly flustered at the waiting customers

Very quiet when visited,Food was as good as it normally is.Drink out of self depenser very week hardly and taste.Impressed with fryer.Most interesting was to watch a drug deal going down in the car park.

25 minutes waiting for food then the order was wrong staff made no apologies were rude and arrogant. Theres was food staking up on the service area for 20 30 mins going cold orders wrong. Toilets were disgustjng staff have no idea what they were doing at all some couldnt even read the order clearly

Nice plant burger, but meal not filling. Ended up having 2 meals each. Strawberry milkshake was lovely!

Just come here after a 12 hour shift at work and the staff was very rude and totally unprofessional when speaking to a manger she just shrugged us off. I will not be coming here in future even tho the food is very nice. Im not having the staff talk to me like that very very unprofessional.

Drive thru was a very fast, smooth and friendly experience. Lady at the window greeted me with a lovely smile and the food was handed out shortly after. The food is hands down the best fast food in the area. Will definitely be returning!

The food is decent for the most part. Having not had BK for a while, I decided to sample a few thingsMade a visit around 7PM in the drive thru, having ordered in the app. The process itself was very easy, although the drive thru speaker was of poor quality and wasn't quite the easiest to understand at all times. Temps are based on eating after a ~15 minute drive home but should still give an idea of what temperature food is coming out (hotter the food coming out, the hotter it'll be by the time you're home). Other Fast food establishments can provide food warm enough to make it home hot, so the bar has been set for me.What I orderedFries - On the thicker side, temp was decent. Could do with more seasoningChicken nuggets - Good, some of the better ones I've had. Decent temponion rings - Just barely warm. Rather soggy.Doritos Chilli heatwave chicken fries - Great. Only a tad warm but it didn't detract from the food. Definitely one to polish off your meal withSmokey Bacon Royale - This was the final thing I ate. The temperature was perfectly acceptable, obviously delivered hot.Service:What few staff I interacted with were fine. However, the restaurant was very quiet, despite this, it was still a good 10 minute wait for my food. All drive thru customers were simply being given drinks and then directed into the car park which strikes me as a tad odd... I'd understand if it were busy and was done to keep traffic flowing... But an empty drive thru? It strikes me as odd.Place seemed modern. There was some minor things that detracted from the look of the place, but nothing major.In short:Food taste: Pretty goodFood temp: Ranging from passable to decentService time: Mediocre. Service speed was comparable to what I'd expect at a 24 hour chain at 4AMIn one sentence:Great food, but I'd hate to see the place during a lunch time rushEDIT:Went a second time and it was an improvement. Service was quicker and the food made it home warm. Seems to be a bit of a luck of the draw.

Just called in for 2 coffees.No coffee available, so no problem, I ordered 2 flavoured ice drinks instead.After sitting looking at the very dirty floor for over 10 minutes, seeing food orders being served to those behind me I eventually asked why my 2 drinks were taking so long.Not a single word from the staff members, just pouring the drinks and shoved into my hands.Sad really as I had time to notice the filthy environment while waiting.

Went for a post cinema meal with my son. Great food and he loved his Chicken Royale with extra Doritos chicken fries.... but £23 for 2 is redicolus. I mean my double whopper meal is now nearly a tenner and I got approx 20 chips with it. Too pricey I'm afraid. But my son loved it.... as you can see

Tasty, meaty and juicy whopper burger, hot crispy fries and delicious fizzy drink. It can be an unpleasant place to be when you get mean bully customers in there (I'm a big guy and some people feel entitled to bully me for it) but at other times it is lovely. Wonderful staff and excellent chefs
