Rock House Dental Practice

I have been a patient at Rock House for several years and at one time or another, I have met every member of staff. Above all they are friendly and highly efficient - always 'patient' with the patient and really do care about giving the very best treatment they can. I have recently had an extraction and a very calm and cool Hannah removed the offender in almost seconds! I didn't feel a thing - wonderful! Matt and Kerry listen to my nervous ramblings whilst I am with them and Jackie and Carol always have a kind smile. If I have missed anybody - apologies - but I want everyone out there to know about this lovely group of people who make going to the dentist almost FUN!

After experiencing severe toothache and being let down by my NHS dentist I visited Rock House for the first time today. Throughout my visit all staff were welcoming and friendly putting me at ease when I was obviously in pain and nervous. The dentist I saw, Hannah Pepper was amazing. She put me at ease straight away and explained everything beforehand, and throughout. I can honestly say that this was the best experience I've ever had when visiting a dentist.Thank-you to all at Rock House...I'll definitely be a returning client!

After normalising to a poor level of care from being a NHS patient at another practice I was left with a tooth needing a root canal.I changed to Rock House and can only say it was the best decision I had made regarding dentistry in a years.They were professional, informative, knowledgeable and the quality of the workmanship was something I had not experienced for a very long time!I honestly can not recommend them enough to anyone who is looking for a high quality private dental service in Wells.Thank you to the team it’s the first time I have left a dentist and felt that I should be leaving a tip for the outstanding service! I had a filling with Linzi James today and I was extremely impressed at the really good result she managed to achieve on a tooth that was barely there! She was also very sympathetic to my anxiety about having dentistry and was very kind. I am impressed with the whole team at Rock House; the dental nurse was also very kind and efficient (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name) and the front desk were friendly and informed. Well done Rock House, you have a brilliant team!
