Fantastic service. Helpful and knowledgeable!My partners phone stopped charging so we took it to the apple store to see what could be done. They told him it was totally broken and he needed a new phone. We pop in here to ask their opinion and they were able to fix it on the same day and for a really good price. We will reccommend and be back with any future mobile problems for sure! Thank you so much!!

EE INTU Watford quoted me £920, The Fone Shop quoted and fixed it in an hour for £ 290 . YES £290. To top it they were lovely people with a can-do attitude and no bull. The boss is a magician. Thank you for restoring my trust in the service industry.

I don't enjoy being negative, but I feel thoroughly scammed. I brought a device in for repair in June, and had to go and collect it in September - still not repaired. I understand parts may take time to come in, but the technician had evidently removed and swapped out parts of my device which were not defective, nor what I had requested they fixed. Cannot recommend for anything more than a tech shop, or a screen protector installation perhaps - but certainly nothing like a repair job, especially if you care about your item.

Had a laptop repaired here and some things handed in, staff were very friendly. A small mistake was made but it was fixed again in a very short amount of time for free. Very good customer service
