Have been using this branch as well as the Surrey Quays branch for about 4 years now. I’m not sure what has happened but the service is now terrible. Handed some film in to get developed which usually takes 7-10 days, was advised due to some delays it would more likely be 14 which was fine. Day 14 rolls around and there’s no photos, then day 21, then day 28. It the last two weeks I called twice just to make sure they hadn’t been lost and was told both times they would be in either that day or the next. Finally after waiting almost 5 weeks I called today and a very rude male member of staff said they had come in and someone had tried to call me when they had. I have had no missed calls from them but I said ok that’s great I’ll come in and grab them what time do you close. He told me the store shut at 18:00. However when I arrived just before half five the store was already closed for the day. I had to drive for 40 minutes to get there and it was a total waste of my time and I will have to do it again to finally get my photos. Such a shame as the service used to be so much better.

Went at 15;40 on a Sunday to the lakeside tesco store with a two year old for passport photos only to be told ‘I’ve just put the camera on charge, use the booth, that does passport photos’ Yes, that’s perfectly ideal for a two year old. Shocking customer service, woman serving clearly just wanted to shut up shop and leave.

To sum up, I had to come back twice to re-print due to not meeting requirements and printing errors with light crossing some photos. Those were done free of charge but still a waste of my time. When I came back again (3rd time) as I needed to print 2 more photos, he wanted to charge £15 FOR ONLY 2 ID photos prints. I said to him the other day I only paid £15 for 4 photos why today it’s £15 for 2. He replied they charged me wrong… So in total I paid £30 for 6 ID photos - I cannot justify this price at all!!

Fantastic service!! Very Professional Warm and friendly, JO and NESSA at lakeside was incredibly knowledgeable Digital Skills. They had helped me in printing and what would be best for the size for my poster presentation, the leaflets was outstanding including questionnaires. They both had great skills to educate customers on the best advice on products. Thank you for all your support and help!! ❤️

Becca is a credit to the company JP's Wild Honey Ltd, I was having issues with the machines to print photos off for my business, she stepped up & got round the uploading issues, resized & made an amazing job of the photos. Thankyou Becca your help was most appreciated ❤️

Horrible experience, went on a Sunday and the lady on the desk was very miserable and grumpy. Looked as she didn't want to be there. Printers weren't working and she was not apologetic and I wasn't getting any update. Customer service can be a bit better in my opinion. Got my refund and won't return
