Excellent customer service from start to finish.Contacted immediately following our online request. Lady who called was super pleasant & helpful, explaining it was better value for money getting all our rooms cleaned rather than doing downstairs now, then upstairs at a later date.Appointment made for only a few days time & Stevie our cleaner arrived exactly on time & again was very pleasant & the cleaning job was outstanding. Our carpets were pretty old with general wear & some little stains including red wine, so I was just gona renew them but my husband suggested trying to clean them first. I am so glad we did as our carpets looked amazing afterwards, all stains removed & the pile was actually also reinstated somewhat! And the fact we could move our furniture back in right away was brilliant!I would definitely use this company again & have recommended to all my family & friends.

Stevie did an absolutely fantastic job on the living room carpet, there were a few marks an a slight discolouration as it was a red carpet, but that was no problem, came up like brand new, will definitely use this company again an 100% highly recommended it to anyone.

Stevie cleaned my wooden floor and it looked new!!
