Organic except for a small number of salad bar ingredients, Local as far as possible, Seasonal, Vegan except for eggs & honey.

Staff is so friendly. I have bought some organic fruits for my baby. Surprisingly, the purple sweet potato was superb!! Definitely will come back.

Delicious fruit & veg. We get a weekly box full of goodies which last all week a vegetarian family of 4. We also get salad boxes, smoothies and energy balls from here weekly. It's all worth the money. More expensive that supermarkets but the flavour is worth it. Support local. Also run by a really friendly team :)

I am a massive fan of Ashbys especially their salad bar, they have recently introduced filled bagels and they are delicious!The service is amazing and the team are so friendly, a great independent business that deserves to thrive.

Very friendly staff. Much tastier fruit and vegetables than you'd find at the supermarket. Much more interesting varieties too! And the salads are amazing!

My wife has been eating the salad’s since they opened and I always wondered what the fuss was about…till i had one today. Best salad I have ever had! The potato salad in particular is another level. Great range of bread and fruit and veg, friendly team. Asset to Sale.

Been to Ashby's many times mainly for yogurt pots (fyi v tasty) £4.50 very reasonable for the flavour, had veg & veg also although not as cheap as the super markets its also substantially tastier fresher and actually taste if something, the staff are always welcoming and impressive memory from historic conversations so amazing customer service to boot. Give it a go you wont regret it more than just a green grocers. With a cute outside area sat in the new developed Stanley Square.
