Queen's Road Dental Care

Ive moved to the practice almost a year ago, I always been ever so apprehensive of dentists in general, however since I've been to queens road dental care, my dentist and his nurse made me feel at ease. Nothing was too much for them. Obviously when you have an emergency you aren't guarantee to see your designated dentist, but they are all a great bunch of people and they all do care for their patients, no doubt! I highly recommend!!!

Great practice, lovely friendly staff. Highly recommend this dentist to anyone. All of the dentists that myself and my family have seen have been amazing-we couldn't be happier.

Please fire that receptionist.She is very rude and annoying. I don’t know if she hates her job or what. I called in as a new patient to register because Ive had very bad tooth ache and she was shouting at me on the phone and then hanged up on me. Completely put me off registering with the practice.

Worst experience in my life ever!For one, they don't want to commit to more complicated cases. If you need a more delicate but efficient workdone, this is not the place for you. I have had some work done on my teeth and I need a specialist to tend my teeth and Queen's Road Dental Care was the worst choice I could have made. They wasted my time by making up prices twice as higher as the described on their price list, saying that if you want your teeth done well, you need to pay extra for quality materials. One should wander what quality of filling materials they use for their regular prices.Every dental patient has the right to know what dentists put in they mouth, especially if you are charged extra for it. When I enquired, not getting an answer was just the beginning. I was contacted by email after I had finally been given an appointment in two and a half months time (my front tooth is half missing so it was an emergency but that was the earliest" possible). I was told they didn't feel I trusted them

I had braces fitted and removed by this dental practice.Since the removal I have had remnants of the cement on my front teeth. Visible remnants.They now refuse to finish the job and remove the remaining cement, without charging me EXTRA.Avoid.

My dentist moved to this practice before Christmas,. As I have an infection on my tooth I tried to book a n emergency appointment ( to be a private patient) but can’t get past the receptionist!!

I was a bit apprehensive, but the dentist I saw put me at ease straightaway.She now looks after my wife and 2 sons, and her professionalism is exceptional.I had a filling yesterday, and felt no pain at all, and it looks just like my other teeth.She takes her time and does amazing work.You will need to book in advance, as she gets booked up very quickly - sign of a good dentist!Thank you Queens Road Dental for employing one of the best.

Amazing practice, always give the best treatment advice & go into thorough detail. Patients are always well looked after. Very friendly staff & are always happy to help in any way. Love this practice.

Not the most relaxed patient when it comes to dental visits but from the moment I walked through the door to the second I left I have never felt so well looked after. The dentist was friendly, welcoming and most importantly patient! They provided me with all sorts of treatment options to find the one I'd be most comfortable with and made sure I was 100% happy before booking anything in. Couldn't ask for better service, staff or practice as a whole, absolutely spot on. Thanks guys!

I used to feel anxious about going to the dentist and would avoid going. I was recommended to Dr Janjua 6 years ago and I haven’t looked back. He made me feel at ease and has made going to the dentist less daunting. The condition of my teeth and gums has improved so much that I am now able to smile without feeling conscious. When Dr Janjua moved to new practice, I went to. The facilities at the practice are excellent and have taken all the Covid precautions, I feel very safe and in good hands.I would highly recommend Dr Janjua and this practice for a 5 star service
