Nigel is one of the nicest people I've ever met! Did a deal with him over the phone to trade in 2 unsuitable cars for the car I really wasted. His friendly, helpful approach made the whole experience stress free and and an absolute pleasure. Can't recommend highly enough.

Nigel was great throughout the purchase and beyond. He was friendly and I could tell from the start that he was open, genuine and trustworthy. I felt at ease and there was no pressure at all. I got a fair price for my old car and the new car was immaculate.Even though the car had over 6 months left on the MOT, it was put through a fresh MOT and service prior to collection. The advisories that came up were put right as a matter of course so that it passed cleanly. It also came with a comprehensive insurance backed 3-month warranty. I had a lot of confidence that if there were any problems then they would be put right.As it turned out, it did develop a couple of early issues, both of which were directly and cheerfully sorted out by Nigel without fuss. All is perfect now. The customer service was outstanding and was way beyond my already high expectations.When the time comes, this would be the first place that we look for a new car.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Do not trust. Travelled for over 3 hours to purchase a car, for the car to not even be cleaned. The condition of the car was not as specified. We were told the car was pristine, only for there to be a large scratch on the exterior. Poor service and untrustworthy salesman.

Bought another car from Nigel, this time dealing with Coby Nigel's nephew. Talked me through everything even though it was at the cheaper end of the scale. Helped with the finance and explained the warranty details in a easy to understand very clear way. Would have no hesitation at all in recommending.

Great service from start to finish. Nigel was so lovely to deal with, not pushy or anything. Seemed really honest, trustworthy and conscientious. The car had a full service and MOT and 2 new tyres, which was a surprise. Nigel talked me through all the gadgets, sorted out the warranty and the road tax.
