Avoid for servicing - absolute snakes.Booked a 100k/10yr service as recommended on the Toyota website, alongside all of the inspection/health check bits and the fluids and filters was that they would replace the timing belt.Got there to pick it up and was told they advise that I get the belt changed as it's looking worn. When I showed them screenshots proving that they should have done that as part of the service they argued that it was an optional extra.After I refused to accept that and insisting they did what they'd been paid for, they said they could book it in again to change the belt, but it was likely that other bits would need doing (tensioners etc) so expect an additional bill of £4-500.On top of that they quoted £912 to replace the front suspension springs (parts are £78 through Milner).After a lot of battling and calling the manager out they knocked a few quid off the service, needless to say that's the first and last time I'll set foot in there.The manager even had the cheek to say that because I'd booked online rather than calling them up there'd been a misunderstanding. More likely that it's easier to pull the wool over people's eyes on the phone than when it's all written down in black and white.

I have had 4 hiluxs from Parklands Truro, and dealt with Senior Saleman Matt on all 4 occassions. He is great with dealing with sales and customers . . Have always had good experiences with Parts and sales .Will be back again in the Autumn

Shocking experience. Rudest, most obnoxious service receptionist ever. In for a fixed price service, told what they do and on “all services we use a fuel cleaning additive.” No advice that this was a chargeable extra. Rude response when I objected and told I was not the sort of customer they wanted….to me I would think that means is they want customers whose pockets they can pick without any objection! Thank you Parklands Toyota Truro for showing your true colours and levels of integrity so early in our relationship.

Highly recommended, I was in the market for hybrid. Matt advised me of the different models available to me in my budget. My husband and I our both now on our second Toyota from Parklands, I have my eye on the Yaris GT, and I'm in no doubt I'll receive the best experience on purchase.

An abysmal and miserable experience buying a car from these people. Very personable salesperson who knew nothing; getting important information was desperately slow and tedious. When we finally took delivery we were shown nothing of the supposedly extensive functions available. At no time did anyone take the time to ‘run through’ all the features of the car, even blaming us that the app did not function as it should. What was supposed to be an exciting and special birthday present turned into a nightmare and we will be getting rid of the Yaris Cross as soon as the car we have ordered from Dales arrives. Avoid Parklands if you want a pleasurable shopping experience.

I would not recommend Parklands Toyota Truro. Sales were slow to respond to questions then after taking a £1000 deposit they would not honour the price I was given. They were rude and wasted our time. I complained to management and the staff had lied about what was said. I only got an apology after they listened back to phone recordings. This is no way to run a business and I will certainly not be buying from them and would not recommend. We have since been elsewhere where our custom was appreciated.

Bad customer service, took deposit then backed out of the deal. They did us a favour as we received better service and deal at Vospers Truro.

Have had a number of dealings with Parklands Toyota over the years, and usually with senior salesman Matt Millward. I have had every help from him and he has advised me on a number of occasions when buying a car. He seems to have “second sense” when I speak to him as he always is aware of what I require and without fail produces the finished item. I find him welcoming and helpful in everything, at times it can be light hearted and then serious when it needs to be. This is one of the reasons why I will always go to Parklands Toyota and Matt in particular when I am thinking of changing my car.

Had a dreadful experience taking my RAV4 there for work done. Manager David is vile and a liar. Mechanics are useless, no idea at all. Never again

I have, today, just picked up my my new Icon Cross and I absolutely love it! This will be my 3rd car I have bought from Parklands despite me living closer to another dealership elsewhere but due to the continued great service, I have always gone back to Parklands. In particular, I want to thank Nathan who I has been there every step of the way and I really can't fault any of his service skills. He was never pushy, he understood how busy my personal schedule is and he is just a genuine person who you can have a laugh with and able to be yourself. My knowledge on cars isn't great so he was very patient with me on certain topics and I felt comfortable asking questions which I thought may have been a bit stupid.Of course, I will be going back.Thank you again Parklands.
