We were gifted the Busy Bus North Wales adventure, with Shelley as our guide yesterday and have only the highest praise about everything on this trip. The minibus was clean, secure and comfortable. Shelley was the best tour guide possible...warm,entertaining, very informative using a variety of communication methods and inclusive of all her passengers. She obviously loves her job. The trip was well constructed, with the right number of breaks to visit several places of interest on the way. I would rate this way above 10/10 if that were possible! Thank you to all involved for such a splendid day.

I am generally not one to participate in group tours, and I booked this with some uncertainty. I couldn't imagine what a treat was ahead. We experienced single-track roads, streams, ancient towns, and loads of history being brought to life by Shelley, our driver and guide. As a lover of railways. It was amazing to see that so many of the relatively small towns were served by the railways either directly or via local bus connections to railway stations. At the Ribblehead Viaduct, we were surprised to view a passing steam train. Despite the English weather, it was a great day, and we will be back.

We recently planned to visit the Lake District, where a large group cancellation took place at the last minute. So it was just 4 of us, Busy Bus didn't disappoint us and we did go as planned. The price is very much affordable for students like me . Frank is commendable, love the way he engages first time visitors though he had been multiple times to the same place. We get to know a lot about the history and the perfect spots to visit, especially the route taken by the bus is absolutely fantastic.Already been to the North Wales tour .Looking forward to the Yorkshire trip. Frank please include Peak District and Scotland tours as well. Looking forward to join you soon. We love you so much Frank :)

We used BusyBus for the Connahs Quay Nomads 3 peaks challenge and to say the service didn’t disappoint would be an understatement!! Would 100% use again. If anybody is considering doing the 3 peaks challenge then look no further. Excellent value for money.Big mention must go out to our driver Frank Turner who is an absolute legend! This guy has forgotten more than most of us know about British road routes and shortcuts. His experience as a 3 peaks driver made what is a brutal challenge that little bit easier! Big thanks to Shelly also for taking us on our final leg to Snowdon.

I booked the North Wales and Lake District tours for my family visiting me. Shelley was our tour guide in both days. She was just the best - very entertaining, helpful and informed. She had such fun stories to tell - about the history and the culture as well as her own personal experiences. Her food suggestions were also great. We loved both the tours. I would definitely recommend busybus tours to all.

We enjoyed a great day in North Wales, starting and ending in Chester. Everything was well organized and ran right on time. You get to see a variety of sights and landscapes. It would be quite difficult to plan a trip like this yourself and get it all done in one day. There are plenty of toilet and food breaks if you need them.

Had a good time on the minibus tour. Entertaining guides and curated choice of destinations. Shelly was particularly helpful in choosing eco-friendly, locally empowering stops. Careful if you travel to North Wales if you're afraid of heights - walking on the Aqueduct is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, but can be daunting for some.

Adrian was a fantastic tour guide, very entertaining and knowledgeable. We loved the views in the Lake district, especially the boat trip across Windermere :) we were blessed with sunny weather (in November) and had a lovely walk though a small part of the lake district as well as visiting Ambleside, Grasmere and Castlerigg. The gingerbread is divine and I loved seeing all the sheep! The only unfortunate part was how long we were in the minibus for, though Adrian kept us well entertained throughout.
