OVER-CHARGING AND INCOMPETENCE... ANOTHER REVIEWER THINKS DEALER IS A LAUGH... MY EXPERIENCE MAKES ME CONCLUDE THEY'RE A JOKE!!!Unacceptable delays, a botched service/mechanical incompetence, and total disinterest in customer service... little (make that NOTHING) to commend this dealer!I had an absolute shambles of an experience... don't let the shiny new showroom fool you... this is a business that doesn't know what it's doing, but certainly knows how to charge!!!My experience of Infiniti Bristol was totally unsatisfactory on every level:a botched service, unnecessary delays, outrageous over-charging, and a F*!& you approach to customer complaints... I cannot say AVOID in stronger terms!Had my Q50's first service here... it' was just an oil and filter service but I was charged a staggering £326.00!!! Yes £326!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! By contrast my friend's E63 was serviced the same week and cost just £280 including fully synthetic oil, new brake pads and a brake de-glaze.I experienced delays of over an hour... I had to wait for a pre-booked loan car (a privilege I was charged for) and was kept waiting 40 mins on collecting my car which I had been told was ready to go.Final straw is that I then discovered that they had overfilled the AdBlue so I have found dried encrusted AdBlue all over the filler and boot (AdBlue is highly corrosive - see attached picture)... quality service guys!Dealer then argued the point (never good to call your customer a liar) and only their proposed resolution (after numerous exchanges) was to offer a partial valet if I'd drive the car 50 miles back for them to do so! Imbeciles!!!I'd suggest using ANY other dealer... you'd be unlikely to find anyone who charges more... By contrast visited a Nissan dealer recently and they were many times more helpful and actually great value!Despite my complaint, I've had absolutely no contact, follow-up or response from the dealer which suggests that they're not only happy to make usury charges for an incompetent service, but that they also have no commitment to addressing customers (or in my case ex customer!) concerns.This experience, along with a lack-luster product has encouraged me vote with my feet and return to an Audi... and I certainly won't be returning to this mutton-dressed-as-lamb brand (my car lost 61% of its' value in under a year... OUCH!!!) and I definitely not to this thoroughly incompetent & arrogant dealer!I complained both to the service adviser - and was told that service charges are set by Infiniti (that's kind of unlawful if true) - and was 'dared' to complain to Infiniti, which I have (and much good that's done me too) ... the manufacturer customer care team (SIC) speak English as a foreign language and deal with customers with total contempt... I even wrote to the MD of Infiniti but have never received any response or acknowledgement whatsoever!!!

My Finance bought a 2nd hand car with them a few months ago and the service was first rate. I've owned Mercedes for a long time because they pride themselves on service. Well Mercedes in Bristol has been a massive disappointment in the time I've lived here and it was very refreshing to come across a team that cared about their customers. Would thoroughly recommend the INFINITI team. Thanks!

Have just taken delivery of my new car from Infiniti Bristol and the experience has been wholly enjoyable. Every member of staff has been friendly, professional and polite and made the buying experience very easy. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Bristol.

Nothing to stand out. More expensive than other infiniti dealers
