Hillbilly's Street Kitchen

We were a group of 10, the food was an hour late, the burgers were not marked so we didn’t know which burger was in the box. We had to heat up the food in the oven. It did ruin the whole evening a bit. The food was nice but I won’t do delivery again from then!! :-(

We visited on Saturday to try out their new sit in service but we were quite disappointed. Service was extremely slow and I had to chase ordering as it wasn't clear whether there was table service or not. It felt as if they had just extended their waiting area as those collecting food were also told to wait in the sit in premises and they therefore took up all the seats and tables which made it feel like we shouldn't be expecting to be able to eat in.Food took around 45 minutes to be delivered to us in boxes and we were not prioritised over those who had ordered to take away so we might as well had ordered over the phone or on the website for delivery!The burger and chips were nice but the Mac and cheese was not great. It tasted from a tin and had hardly any cheese and no crumb to it.It felt as though the seat in service was no different to ordering food to go so we would not recommend eating in as the experience was no different at all. No apology for late food either. We did not feel valued as customers.It's a shame because the first two orders we made when they first opened were amazing, however the last two orders were extremely disappointing. We previously ordered the pork belly bites and instead the pork came in a big slab and was extremely fatty and inedible.I hate to say it but this was the last straw for hillbillies. We gave them a second change but won't be returning again.

Great burger, crispy toasted bun, two beef patties with melted cheese. Is it worth the visit and money. Yes and yes. Although I wouldn't go there everyday or weekly. It's worth a visit now and again.Working in the area and came to try it out.

We ordered the food at midday for delivery at 7.30pm but it arrived at least 45mins late and was tepid. The driver had gone to the wrong address. We had to reheat it. We had to make multiple calls to find out why the food was late (we were a group of ten). The food was good quality but it was spoiled by the late arrival. Also, I had ordered a vegetarian burger & marking/labelling the boxes would be useful so that we don’t have to check every box to find out which is which. Good food but obviously struggling to deliver to large groups at busy times. We were given a discount of 20% for the late delivery.

Had an amazing brunch, very good value for money and will definitely be back to work our way through the menu!

Wow - thank you, what service! You really made an evening of fun for everyone. We had the opportunity to play guess the burger, we also got the chance to see what cold fries taste like after 20mins being rewarmed. Unfortunately, my friend “Buddy” was not amused. The telephone response from the “director” was less than helpful when he eventually got through. In your favour is that we only gave you 8 hrs pre warning to get the order ready. I’m so sorry we caught you off guard. We’re planning an event in May, should we get our orders in pre 2024?

Sadly really disappointing, ordered on the website and asked for changes via the comments box, when delivered these changes weren’t made. Really wanted to support but this is the third try and the mac and cheese had little to no cheese just full of oil. Sadly won’t order from again, let down.
