My alarm was faulty so I rang the company up who were very professional and guided my through how to sort the alarm out.They were very thorough and prompt and advising me how to reset the alarm. They didn’t hesitate to help me as I rang on a Sunday late evening they were more than happy to help me.

They didn’t render any service it was more like a consultation, he gave me all the possible codes despite it been out of hours. I am so grateful he was able to sort my alarm without even coming in.

I had cameras and alarms installed a few months ago from iSecurity Solutions. Having looked and got quotes from a few companies, I chose them based on their reviews and also word of mouth. They took time to do a survey of the property and recommend what products I should go for based on my budget and needs. It is clear from the outset that the owner Kesser takes great pride in his work and expects the same from those he employs. Friends and family have all commented on how professional and neat the work is. There were a few teething problems, which were quickly responded to and sorted. This I believe is the hallmark of any great company. So all in all, great products, great service at a great price.
