Paul, Steve and Yvonne from Timber Windows all went above and beyond to provide us with first class customer service when we needed some remedial work (no fault of theirs!) carried out on the windows in our new bungalow. Paul and Steve the fitters, were polite, professional and friendly and carried out the work with the minimum of fuss. Yvonne in the office, kept us regularly updated with emails regarding lead times and appointments.The issues were all finally resolved to our total satisfaction and we would have no hesitation in recommending Timber Windows to any prospective clients.
