A relaxed and friendly atmosphere in the shop. We were helped by Jack who was incredibly informative and helpful, going above and beyond to answer our questions and help match us with the right product. Excellent customer service, can highly recommend.

Very disappointed with your service today as a long standing customer.I will return the malfunctioning vape to the manufacturer myself and purchase a temp replacement from another vendor. I won’t be using your store again.Zero support. Every attempt to get out of replacing the unit. Very disappointing.

Found all the staff extremely helpful and very knowledgable, the products are at a decent price and a lot of options and value for money especially with the promotions.Special mention to jack, who has always treated my questions with respect no matter how stupid they may seem.Highly recommend to any one looking at cutting down or quitting smoking.Extremely nice staff. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Jack and the team are fantastic in the Witney Store. Any questions I ask, any problems we've had with hardware, they've always been on hand to help with knowledge of the products and great Customer Service. You've helped me and many others I know stop smoking as well as being amazing at what you all do.

My husband and I gave up smoking 3 years ago with the help of Jack at the Witney store. Being new to vaping, we were helped very thoroughly through setup and how to use everything.I have rarely encountered any problems - but I have no qualms about popping in for advice as and when required.I still shop at the Witney store and wouldn't go anywhere else, all the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and very accommodating.
