Staff at AJF have been brilliant from day one I received monthly updates keeping me informed of any interest in my business. Due to the nature of the business it took a while but it only needs one person to be seriously interested for a sale. AJF handled all the paperwork once an offer was accepted and from start to finish it took only 2 weeks. I can't praise AJF highly enough. Great Job!

AJF Commercial - Andrea contacted me about our business we’ve had for sale for quite a while , I somewhat reluctantly was persuaded to change to let them sell it as I’d had no joy with my previous agent .With promises of constant updates - good or not , fresh ideas or offers etc and a tbh they were very reasonable on there price if it sold my business.I was very sceptical.But ...... I did get the contact as agreed with Nigel and Alex , no matter if there were no Enquiries’s or one or 5 they always took the time to phone and update us without fail.So I’m writing this review after the sale went through very smoothly to a perfectly suited couple who are perfect to take on our business.AJF negotiated with potential buyers and got the best people to buy it and even came to say thanks on completion day .They were superb .If anything they were too cheap for the service they provided as I discussed with Andrea if she remembers.Thanks again

Great service from the family. We dealt mainly with Alex, but when he wasn't there Nigel picked up the reins without hesitation and with full knowledge of where our sale was up to. It took a while for everything to go through thanks to our buyer's and our landlord's solicitors but Alex kept chivvying them along. He never complained about the amount of time this took and never lost his sense of humour. I used to enjoy our catch-up conversations, it was more like speaking with a friend than a business consultant.
