My niece needed a photo for an ID. She is mentally disabled and it was quite the challenge. Yet the man at the Timpson booth at Tesco was wonderful. He was patient and took his time. He managed to take about 5 different shots, and I then chose the best one to be printed. He edited it so most of her face filled the frame, and it fit within the parameters of the ID. Very helpful and understanding.

Needed a van key double quick. The guy working there was so helpful and sorted it out in 20 minutes. Also recommended some lubricant to get a rusted door lock working which did the job. Didn't catch his name but thanks for your help and great service.

Went in for the back of my watch snap case to be refitted after I’d changed the battery, and the chap was very helpful in refitting the back for me without charge. Will def use them in the future for shoe repair and key cutting, thank you.
