The Simply Delicious Cake Co. gluten-free Christmas cake was not fit for purpose. It was made in such a way that, when cut, it collapsed. An email to Mr & Mrs Hunter, the company owners, about this has not been answered.

Simply Delicious Indeed. The SDC company offer a wide range of tasty treats for a special occasion, or to simply treat yourself to. We have sampled two heavenly yummy cakes thus far and will be back for more very soon. The cakes are never dry as is the case with so many competitor products, and are packed with fruit. Good service and a quick delivery. Highly recommended.

Fantastic product and service start to finish. Purchased 3 iced fruit cakes for our wedding, the largest had to be made especially and superb customer service throughout regarding progress of order. The delivery was quick, with advice being to allow a couple of days their end to allow icing to harden. The taste is sublime and we have had so many compliments and enquiries from our guests.

Ordered a cake for Easter (2 days before Good Friday) with next day delivery and it wasn't delivered until the following week. Very poor customer - on calling to find out why it wasn't delivered, rather than apologising, I was blamed for not reading the small print terms and conditions on Next Day Delivery.
