Simon has helped with locks giving advice, fitting locks and setting up connectivity several times. As well as this on his most recent visit he did the aforementioned, fitted a new automated door bell, sorted out my sockets, lights and curtainsconnected to Alexa in my flat that had all failed. Great assistance given with patience to an elderly woman. Thank you.

Emargency call out for rental property where door lock system failing. Ralph confirmed he would arrive same afternoon to investigate and duly messaged to say on his way. Quickly stripped door down and identified faulty gearbox and proceeded to replace unit.After completing he asked me to check that it was now working properly which it did, and the lock felt much more ‘solid’. Tenant delighted and feeling secure, great service, a good job, and a nice chap. Thanks to Ralph!

Freddie came to look at our loose patio door handles. He quickly diagnosed the fault and replaced a gearbox. Also realigned the patio door. Freddie was very knowledgable polite and professional . We can now lock our door safely. Many thanks and would recommend.

Had a lock barrel issue, had to wait a couple of days with no way to lock a front door. Not an ideal situation I’m sure you would agree but even if I’d done the work myself I would have had to wait for delivery of a new barrel with no guarantee it would be a perfect fit. So I rang this firm and two and a half days later he was here and within fifteen minutes he was gone and I was able to sleep with both eyes shut. Not much difference in price between buying a lock and phaffing about myself so all good. No complaints from this customer other than quicker would have been better.
