we booked a visit for our yearly gas boiler service , when the engineer turned up he received a phone call to go to an other job , our job was urgent as we needed a land lords certificate , we were told we would receive a phone call to re book , ,, we did not receive a call ,, when I called them I was told they where very busy an now could not do the work for two weeks , I am sorry but that is not good business !!

Quickly reacted and sorted out my dad's hot water cylinder. Did just the work required (immersion heater replacement solved leak) . Very trustworthy company. Other plumbers wanted to replace complete cylinder(!).
