Staff are invariably pleasant and eager to help. Handy being able to check stock and order if required before a visit. Queue was once again caused by computer problems. Not a big issue, more frustrating as it spoils what would be a very good service.

I needed some new cupboard hinges. I took the old ones in and the young lady who served me got 3 packets out to find the nearest size. They fitted perfectly. Excellent customer service.

Good friendly service. Have most tools etc in stock. Remember to get the parts code off internet or in store search laptop. Fast and reliable open most days including bank holidays

Every member of staff was excellent. I was greeted on arrival and helped through the catalogue by the same member of staff. At the desk an efficient and friendly server chatted with me and reserved an item at another branch not in stock here. Easy. I left very satisfied and took some photos. The manager approached me and I congratulated him on his team. Let's consider that one item I wanted wasn't in stock but I still left satisfied because of the way I was treated and a potential problem was removed by good service.
