Little Me Nursery

My son attended this nursery for over 2 years and he was happy and well- looked after. However, the financial run of the nursery is not well-organised. Initially, we agreed terms that obviously haven't been cascaded to the financial depart. After clarifying these terms, we contacted them several times for months to clear the accounts. One day, a senior member of staff chased me down the stairs and brought me into a room to ask me for the money I owed, not very nicely. It transpired they owed me money. Once sorted she never apologised.....

Staffs in this place are ridiculous, have no manners how to talk to people, so rude. They think they will be providing service for free. Also the terms and conditions should be highlighted and made clear to people.

Very very rude and egoistic management. Avoid them at all cost. Just after money. Dont waste your time and send them to another nursery

The service of this nursery is not good. We had applied for availability for my 2 years old kid and they had told me it is available on specific date 4 month later. Also they said they will tell us as soon as it became available. However they have not contacted me for 9 month after first application. And finally saying is this place still required? I applied for another nursery and they are more professional. Additionally I asked them possibility of refund of deposit but they haven't even replied. I think they are not sincere. I am curious how they treat kids. I hope they would be nice to kids.

I have had such a positive experience with my son's nursery. The dedicated staff, particularly the wonderful girls in my sons room, exhibit genuine care and attention to each child. I have loved the parents evenings they have held they are informative and welcoming, overall the nursery is so calm and cosy. The detailed progress folders give me an insight into the children’s development and what they are working on. The online app (learning journals) is amazing the staff communicate with real-time updates. I love receiving delightful videos and pictures throughout the day brings me so much joy and reassurance. Overall, the nursery's commitment to personalised care and transparent communication has significantly enriched my parenting experience. I highly recommend this nursery to other parents! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

That used to be my primary school.2003- 2007 the teacher were so nice

My nephew attends this nursery and all the staff are so nice and they are always busy with the children! The reason i decided to write this review was because Aadam left a 3* review regarding the school which was here before the nursery. Not relevant and does not reflect the nursery at all.

My wee girl attended this nursery and what a waste of time! The way the staff speak to the parents is ridiculous also the manager carly is just ad bad as them they have no respect for the parents at all and run by little unexperienced girls who need to be trained better!! Absolute joke of a nursery

My daughter has been attending Little Me for a couple of months now and I am very happy with the care that she receives there. The staff are professional and clearly very attentive as they have come to know my daughter very well and are always interacting with the children when I visit then.
