Just had a new bathroom fitted and new kitchen sink..have old property so not easy. What can I say but superb !! Workers turn up on time.do a full day and make sure everything is perfect when they leave..would recommend them everytime .will use them again.

We have used Image interiors, Bromsgrove for our bathroom, main bedroom and kitchen during 2023. Project manager Paul and his fitters have been excellent throughout. Very pleased indeed with each room. Fitters who were professional and always worked to the highest standards. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Had an issue with just one appliance that was dealt with promptly by Paul and replaced without issue. Good to see old fashioned values still matter regarding customer care. Image Interiors has a fantastic show room, great staff, very friendly and helpful. Had my kitchen from them and I must say it’s fabulous, the quality is excellent and is so much more spacious. They worked with me and gave great advice to get the design just the way we wanted.

Had a bathroom fitted just over 2 years ago. We are still having problems now. Spent nearly £10’000 on a brand new family bathroom. We now have a toilet we cannot use as it’s leaking through to our kitchen ceiling, shower that has broke, shower doors that do not close and both plugs for bath and sink do not work. We will be putting in a formal complaint with them. Avoid avoid avoid at all costs

Having had our new Bathroom from Image Interiors 4 years ago decided to have them supply and fit a new kitchen. From start to finish service was excellent, started and completed on time. Very pleased with both rooms in Quality.,fitment and on the agreed time span. Would highly recommend them to anyone

We hired Image Interiors twice, once for our bathroom and again for our kitchen. Both times they outcompeted other local companies for our business. Customer service, led by Paul, was excellent. They listened to our needs, gave us an outstanding idea of what the final design would look like, and presented a very attractive plan. He was on site several times to check progress. Martyn led the actual building project from the front. His craftsmen were skilled, faultlessly polite and tidy, and cooperated smoothly with one another. We highly recommend this company.

3rd time we've used them, this time for a bedroom. Fantastic ideas, got far more then we were after for much less then we expected. Fitter was really friendly and happy to work around our work and childcare commitments. One panel was wasn't quite right but it was changed within a week- not bad as it was the week before Christmas! All round great experience again.

We recently had 3 bathrooms and the kitchen completely stripped and replaced by Image Interiors.Paul Carr was the project manager through out from planning to completion and introduced us to a fantastic team of tradesmen, builders, electrician, heating engineer who worked in our home throughout the project.We would not hesitate to recommend Image Interiors. Like a lot of projects there were extra items we wanted to have included. All of these were undertaken for us and managed by Paul.

We had a total kitchen and dining room refit at the end of 2020. We had 4 companies to quote and were most impressed with the ideas put forward by Jeff from Image Interiors. We thought, however, that because of the amount of input and what was suggested that they would be out of our price range. Not so !! They were actually in the bottom two for cost and we're absolutely delighted with every aspect of the work completed. Very professional fitter, electrician, flooring repair man and delivery driver. Nothing was too much trouble for our fitter Dean - he even pumped my car tyres up for me one day !! Highly recommended and looking forward to being able to invite the key personnel round to ours for a 'Thank You Celebration' once we're able to do so safely after lockdown.

Amazing design and fitting workmanship!We ordered a new Laura Ashley kitchen from Image. Jeff Gilbert could not have been more helpful, and was extremely knowledgeable about what would and wouldn't work - and he was absolutely right. The components arrived, accompanied by probably the most professional collection of fitting tradesmen - installation, carpentry, plumbing, electrics, silestone worktop measurement and installation, flooring: every single person arrived when they were supposed to, and there was no hanging about.We now have a beautiful, brand-new kitchen. Hats off to the team!
