Searched cross country for a VW golf R at main dealers, went and saw a couple absolutely foul examples, run into this little gem of a dealership, gave me an excellent part exchange price and a beautiful spotless car with a quick and easy experience, will defiantly be using them again and recommending them to anyone looking to buy a car. I bought a beautiful black mercedes coupe from ADR online without physically viewing it as it was 200+ miles away from me. The car was as described in the advertisement, The car came fully serviced, 12 months mot, 3 months warranty. The car came delivered to my doorstep as they can arrange nationwide delivery. The service i received from Anthony was excellent he is brilliant at his job, I have bought cars in the past from well known High Street dealers but trust me they cant even come close to the service ADR provide as it is a well run independent family business. Hands down they are the best at what they do.

I'd been looking for a ten(ish) year old Mercedes C Class coupe for the best part of a year when I finally came across one that looked promising at ADR of Hanningfield. I spoke with Anthony to get further details and based on this brief chat, did something I've never done before - bought the car without seeing it first hand.My experience is that the photos usually flatter the look of the car and can be deceptive - but this was the complete opposite. The car was delivered to me 50 miles away for free and was in simply breathtaking condition - absolutely pristine throughout and massively better looking sitting on my drive.I can see why this dealer has such glowing reviews. Buying a car can be not only a hassle but a worry. Shelling out thousands of pounds on a second hand car is a risk but Anthony genuinely made it effortless and worry free. I immediately felt comfortable with him and had no qualms at all in parting with my money. He has so much faith in his own stock, he offered to buy this car back whenever I wanted to buy my next car in the future.I'd like to publicly thank him here and I wish him all the best with his business in the future - they're a rare breed, these dealers who actually care about their customers. I recently purchased a white Nissan Qashqai from ADR Car Dealership, and my experience was truly exceptional. I have waited a while to post this review as honestly i couldnt put my service in to words but here it goes. From the moment i phoned them to come down for a viewing the staff at ADR provided top-notch customer service, guiding me through the entire process with professionalism and a lot of patience whilst i ummed and arred in the freezing cold. The car body work and inside itself is in perfect condition, after it had an mot provided by one of their approved garages they found it needed 2 new tyres and full break pads and discs which without even asking they were more than happy to get sorted and fit for me with no further costs! I have had the car for about a month now and it runs amazingly! I had a private plate on my car that i part exchanged and I didnt know the procedure to send off the paperwork so I phoned ADR and they even talked me through that process aswell. ADR Car Dealership exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend them for anyone in search of a reliable and enjoyable car-buying experience! I have already recommended them to others and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from them again honestly 20/10 service !!!!!!!

I have to say… Justin and Anthony have made my journey of buying a new car a great one,… After driving my new c220 amg edition for two days.. I have to say the cars these guys sell are incredible!
