Chris took me up on the offer of a free portrait shot for his business to share locally. on arrival I asked if he'd be able to resize my wedding ring. We ended up combining the photoshoot with a behind the scenes documentary taking photos of the various stages and the end result was one extremely happy customer. I've wanted to get my wedding ring resized for over a year and through chance came across Chris who works locally and now of I ever need any jewellery looking at, I know where to come.

Chris was so helpful and patient in designing and making our bespoke engagement ring, he really helped bring our ideas to life and educated us along the way. So happy with the final result the ring is beautiful, would definitely recommend!

Not just any ordinary jewellery shop. Makes pieces to your own designs and specification. Also does repairs. Nothing too much trouble. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Absolutely outstanding service. Went into the shop yesterday for advice on what to do with a tension set engagement ring that kept losing the diamond. Was given some very helpful advice by the owner Chris, on how the ring could be fixed and left it with him who explained it could be a week, which was fine. Received a call today from Chris explaining it was ready for collection, less than 24hrs since I placed it into their care. Visited Orbits over the last 48hrs, Chris the owner is exceptionally welcoming and knows his stuff. I am not the easiest person to deal with as always expecting a bargain. He altered my wife's platinum and diamond ring also cleaned and polished, altered a SOS bracelet and polished her wedding ring. WITHIN 24hrs and Excellent value for work done.
