What a great service. Door was jammed shut, and City Locksmiths opened it, examined door and told me it would be a waste of money to replace the lock instead of the door. He refused to take any money for his time. What a gentleman. Would recommend without hesitation.

2nd issue....I used Nick again....he was super quick to respond and arrived today to adjust my patio doors. Very knowledgeable, he us clean, tidy and efficient....Will definitely keep him on my contacts list. Highly recommend

I used them to rectify a problem with a lock. Another (national) company had already tried and failed but City Locksmiths saved the day. They turned up bang on time, fixed the problem in 30 minutes and charged much less than they quoted over the phone. Great job.

Quality service and a good guy. Made every effort to get to me as soon as possible after I called. Then when I showed him what I was after he made me realise I could have less done and save money. Can’t fault him for sorting me out like that. Had a good chat to him while he was working too. Really top guy and faultless service.
