Pure rubbery pure rubbery!!!! I would not use this place!!!!!One would assume that small keys would not cost an arm and a leg but I guess this location charges 7 pounds for this. They don’t tell you this before they cut it as part of professionalism that they lack and don’t have any especially the cow I dealt with today. I have been there twice before and every time the rude and disrespectful behaviour of the staff is paramount as if they don’t need the business and or people’s money.Today, the gentlemen ( an over statement to even use this word) was beyond rude and disrespectful with a tone of voice that says I am here because I have to.Mask I had on woman before did not abs he tells me to back off from the counter. If you think I was near or too near then you should place a line that indicates to your customers where to stand instead of flipping a nasty temper tantrum of where I should be. You cut the key then you take the lose not me. Your services are not needed. You are beyond rude disrespectful. I have mo idea how you pay your rent when the place is always empty and you over charge.By the way, I copied the same key at Tesco for less than two pounds.

Went to return a UPS parcel, was told by a member of staff that they only did this 'for like 2 days' before cancelling the contract. I used the UPS service two weeks prior and the parcel was returned completely fine. Seemed to me like the guy was trying to avoid doing any work.

Useless, have used this company for key cutting for years, this will be the last.Was quoted one price only to have the cashier key in a higher price, was then told they couldn't alter the price because it was already typed into the till!Never heard so much rubbish!

Awful! Took my iPhone in to repair a cracked screen. Phone was in otherwise good working order, no problems. On collecting the phone I pointed out that the screen colours were off, with shadows on each corner. The staff member said in response, 'well, I'm afraid you're stuck with it' (as my phone had a previous repair - though not the screen - it wasn't covered under warranty) I was unhappy as I had paid a significant amount to fix it. Two days later, my phone screen has started to black out completely and I am looking at having to replace the phone completely. £110 down the drain! In short - go to Apple, who charge only £20 more and would've done a decent job.

Really good experience!!I’m so sorry I can’t remember the man’s name who served me and my mum today but he was really lovely and had a little natter with us about cats which I absolutely love. Great service and great experience. Thank you for my new keys!☺️
