The vet herself was great and the service was much more thorough and thoughtful than a local popular chain. The treatment for my cat has been effective and better than our experience elsewhere.

Very friendly, professional and helpful vets whom I trust with my elderly cat. They even have a safe space in the waiting room for cats to keep anxiety at bay.

My first time using this vet as I've moved. Registration was really easy and they got my cat booked in really quickly. Everyone was really friendly - reception staff welcoming, and the vet we saw was great, so calm and lovely to Little Cat who was really stressed. She explained everything to me. So yes great vet experience definitely recommend and will continue using them.

I have been taking my dog here since last year. The vets are good, however the service from the receptionists is just really poor. They can come across rude, they don’t really care about customers and make no effort whatsoever to try and accommodate. Talking to them is like a hitting a brick wall. Very rude and obtuse. I called to seek advice for my dog, i asked if i needed to bring her in. The receptionist said that she needed to talk to the vet and would call me back. It took her all day, from the morning till the evening. She ten calls at half six to say bring her in tomorrow at 11. But i too have a clinic and can’t cancel patients so i asked if she could ask some of the patients that had a morning appointment and ask if anyone was willing to swap with me. She said “i don’t have time”I called again this morning and asked the same thing. Ans she said: NoI do that for my patients, if one can’t make it a certain time i call around and see if anyone is willing to swap, sometimes people say yes. And that’s because i care for my patients. So yes i am very disappointed as it really doesn’t take much to put care into our actions. Shame on them

Please be very careful if you choose to register with this practice.Last year our cat was very ill. We had to decide whether to proceed with a number of costly treatments/procedures, all of which were not guaranteed to succeed, or have him put to sleep. Given the prognosis was so bad, and that the treatments were expensive and likely not going to be covered by our insurers we decided against proceeding. It was at this point the practice pressured us into going ahead with the treatment, and promised to limit the cost we’d have to pay if our insurers did not pay out, and we eventually agreed. Less than a week after the treatment our cat sadly passed away. Immediately after our insurance claim was rejected the practice began pursuing us for the remaining balance in full (a further ~£700), a sum they had previously promised to waive, blaming the staff for incorrectly offering financial support from a fund that would have “expired” that week and otherwise not been allocated.I have very real concerns that the practice may well routinely adopt such methods to “upsell” treatment and take advantage of their customers. We had instances previously where additional blood tests were run without our knowledge, for example, for which we were charged. I put this down to human error at the time, but after this incident I am certain these upselling tactics were no accident.Proceed with caution.

I love the neighbourhood vet and have been taking my miniature poodle there for 8 years now. All the vets she's seen take the time to talk much more broadly about her wellbeing than just a physical exam and they are thorough in their work. The practice is also human friendly too; bright, modern and welcoming receptionists! Highly recommend

Lovely over the phone. Friendly in person. Professional and knowledgeable. Prices are very reasonable. Only one person allowed in per household with the pet, anyone else will need to wait outside. They are one of a group of three vets in South London. Recommend.
