Bought a Macbook Pro (M2 Pro) from here, both gentleman in the sale were fantastic and insanely helpful - tips on how to keep my receipt safe, warranty information, you name it. Cannot fault them, definitely would come back in the future.

Used fir Evri parcel a few times. Everytime I'm told to wait , very polite and wait is not long. I find this rude and poor customer service. I'm always waiting for the person to finishing texting or typing on the PC. I would not mind waiting if there was a customer in front of me there is no one in the shop so what am I waiting for.

My grandma recently went to this shop to get her phone “fixed”. Turns out her phone was slightly lagging. They simply turned on and turned off her phone. When she asked how they did it ,they refused to tell her. Each time they charged £5 to simply turn on and turn off her phone multiple times. Sure the shop may be nice but this one particular guy who helped her on all 6 occasions is a scammer

I needed to have my wife's Samsung galaxy s20 screen fixed.I had paid up front based on issue to replace screen only, there was a motherboard issue which wasn't known until the phone was opened up and delayed the phone being returned until 4 days later.That was not ideal but the guys at the shop were always in communication and didn't charge me extra to fix the motherboard issue and maintained the original screen repair cost only.They were very apologetic for the delay and offered extra accessories for free upon the return of the phone.Very good team here just the delay was inconvenient and out of their control. Excellent service otherwise.

Had a repair done on my iPhone 11 Pro Max, the screen was damaged. Guys were helpful in getting it sorted out for me. Unfortunately after a couple of weeks the screen just froze for no obvious reasons. I took it back to Gadcet Barkingside and they immediately had another new screen put on under the warranty they offer. I really appreciated the speed in which they did this especially as I couldn’t find my warranty receipt. Would recommend them highly, excelent experience.
