My husband and I are property developers and have experience in construction, we would wholeheartedly recommend Nadim Mirza of Guildsman Architecture. We have used his services and experience for a number of years on different projects. Nadim has proved to be invaluable not only in respect of his designs and ideas but as a fountain of knowledge when it comes to planning laws and applications. He has helped steer us in the right direction on both new builds and renovations for Listed Building Consent, is very pro-active in gaining responses from local authorities and generally makes the whole process a lot less stressful than one would imagine ! His fees were very fair too which is always a consideration .
