Dan (Ruislip branch) provided excellent service and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth.Vehicle was clean and tidy, and the paperwork was simple.I will be looking to rent a car from Jafvans as I was so impressed with their service and prices.

I checked around several places before trying this place out and I'm very happy with the service. Great vans, nearly new. So nice to have nice smelling vans with comfy seats. Friendly knowledgeable staff. They were really helpful and cheerful, and their briefing on the van was very comprehensive. Even though I'd never driven or operated that kind of van before, the briefing told me everything I needed to know, including driving characteristics and what to watch out for. When I returned the checkout service was fast and friendly.I liked it so much I've used it several times since, and will continue to do so in future. I would highly recommend this to anyone needing to rent a van in Ruislip area.

Good price, but the Luton van that we hired was not very good as I told them when I took it back that the front side lights did not work & these should have been checked before renting it out & I also pointed out that the fuel economy was the worst vehicle I had ever driven I put n £35 diesel & it only gave us 120 miles & I wasn’t even that heavy & it was also leaking diesel fumes from under the bonnet.I told them that the van needs looking at before they rent it out again.

Rented a transit from these guys, i called to book and asked 101 questions, then I called to change the date. I spoke with Dan each time who was friendly and explained the rental process to me (never rented a van before!) Easy collection and delivery service and reasonably priced. Will def use these guys again in the future.

Hired a Luton Transit for two days at the weekend from South Ruislipvery helpful and friendly staff , Van was in excellent condition , had beencleaned and sanitised thoroughly. The tail lift was an enormous help andeasy to operate. The rental rates are excellent .All in all a great service.Will be using them again and would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Rented a Luton Van from them January 2017. Helpful and friendly. Super nice people. They were running a promotion on vans when I booked -- price was better by £30 than anyone else and they had plenty of stock. Van was in great condition. Got the job done perfectly. Highly recommended.
