Approached me for a position in June/July for a Senior Warehouse Lead for a company called Toolfix. Had to have an informal interview with the recruiter then the employer requested a video of myself responding to questions which is not the norm. Was then asked for a face to face to interview which then resulted in them giving me a trial day which is also not the norm. This trial was not paid and was only told this when I arrived. After doing the trial day all communication stopped from both Henderson Brown and Toolfix. I tried to call them and emailed them several times with no response. I was made aware that there were several other candidates who had theses trials before and after me. I was more than qualified for this position if not overqualified but after being out of work for a few months to care for a parent saw it as a good position which was close to my previous salary. But to this day they are still advertising this position which means there's been countless people being made to jump through so many hoops to then give them a day of unpaid work. Having spoken to several people about this it seems that it's a scam to get free labour with the excuse of finding he right person"."
