I Went in three store today with some issues that was stressing me, but the young man called Zakaria helped me with all these issues to be sorted. He was very clear and patient and supportive with my issues and I left feeling relief and a big weight off my shoulders. I have been a customer for 11 years and these sort of experiences is why I want to stay with three and I willBe back in future ❤️.

I been hired to the three company for 24 months contract without my knowledge, because all the time I been told the woman staff I don’t want any phone contracts at all, I just need a router at home. She offered me another 2 SIM cards with “suppose” better gb saying is not a contract. 3 weeks later exploring the three app I saw 24m contract. I’m very upset because I try to cancel but there’s nothing to do and plus the internet signal doesn’t work well in most of the areas in London, really bad company. I’m not recommended three at all. Very bad experience.
