My partner took her iPhone 7 in for a screen replacement, phone worked ok initially then wouldn't respond to finger touch on the screen. Took the phone back to which the shop changed the screen again (free of charge) still no joy with screen failing to respond to finger touch, took phone back once more and told there must be further damage to the phone they won't know until they do more work and replace parts to which this would cost my partner. After debating having more work done we have persevered with the phone as we had lost faith in the shop eventually the phone has just stopped all together so we decided enough was enough a trip to apple, once at apple and the phone was examined we were informed you have had this screen changed without us saying so, he informed us the home button was loose and the screen was working behind but not to the front of the LCD after a two hour wait and a £129 bill we now have a perfect working iPhone. Would not recommend this company to touch your phone.

Rang fonefix at 5:45pm and they came straight out to mine picked the phone up and had it returned by 6pm. Highly recommend this phone shop and excellent friendly services. Extremely helpful. Will keep using them for future reference

If you have a problem with your phone go and see Tiey and his team. I called in the shop Monday with a problem and he resolved straight away.I then asked what the charge would be, he said nothing because it had only taken him 2 minutes to resolve it.What a great guy and fantastic customer service, if we have any other problems with our phones Fonefix is the place I will go.I am still amazed at the customer service please go and see him i you have any problems.

Purchased an iPhone 6 from here around Christmas time for about £250.... firstly I had to get the screen changed as it wasn’t responding when I was clicking, told by another company that the screen on was cheap, and a month back my battery started running low quickly so I’ve had to replace that also. Might not be no fault of the this shop but I won’t be buying second hand from here again.

Very genuine people. Slight delay in getting my screen fixed as it was delayed in arriving but was kept up to date and even received a huge discount in the cost. By far the best option for a screen repair I phoned around beforehand and was quoted much higher by all the other including the one just up the street who were over £50 more for same job. So yh cheap, professional and get the job done.

What a wonderful gentleman, I had problem with logging called for address and price the lady on the phone said £15 , I Ok, I went to shop told the problem in 5 minutes he sorted my frustration tried to pay cc he said “ no “ I thought he doesn’t accept cc so I told I go get cash he said again No then I said what do you mean no? Then he replied wouldn’t charge this kind of work . A young man his parents must be proud of him and proud of themselves to bring him up so decent. Very big THANK YOU.

cannot thank this place enough for there service yesterday ! I got my phone picked up and dropped off the same day to get a new screen fitted and they have literally given me a new phone transformation after the back off my phone was basically dissapered from previously getting it fixed they put a new back on for me and a front. My phone was black and i got it back rose gold looks like a full brand new phone couldn't be any more happier with it and the man who collected it was very kind happy and helpful thank you so much for your work recommend to everyone
