They are very professional and extremely pleasant to work with. Going out of their way to get things right for their clients. Went into Countrywide in Lowesmoor Worcester with my husband to look at mobility scooters. They were so helpful with letting us choose the scooter best suited for my husbands needs. My husband was able to test drive around car park and we were shown in detail how to break it down and try it for fit in our car boot. The salesman was so friendly and professional. We were not pressured into a sale in anyway or with extras available. Very pleased with our choice and now looking forward to a new freedom for days out. Thoroughly recommend them.

Went into shop to make enquiries about scooters,stairlifts, wheelchair etc for my husband, staff most helpful and knowledgeable and demonstrated goods, one came to assess his needs and give advice. We were most impressed with his knowledge and expertise, and when he came to fit the stairlift was efficient and quick, afterwards quick to respond when we had a hiccupMy daughter also commented

Andy came out with a selection of scooters to our place. Tried them out and bought one on the spot. Excellent service, good advice, no hard sell, would recommend.

After explaining what my mother- in- law's needs were for a suitable wheelchair, I have been so impressed by the response of the company and especially by the service provided by Andy. He did a thorough fact finding assessment, brought along a couple of suitable wheelchairs for a try out and gave a really good demonstration and explanation of each chair's particular features. He was polite and patient throughout and did not rush me, which led me to purchase one of the wheelchairs shown and we were able to keep it straightaway. A problem arose a couple of weeks later and Andy called by the care home to put it right straightaway on the same day! The problem was due to human error and nothing wrong with the chair. However, we were very impressed by the after sales service.Thank you!

I just want to say I have been very impressed by how you have dealt with bed repair when the outer coating began to crack and come off the coils linking the motors to the movable parts. After contacting you, Wayne came and examined the bed the following day, and ordered the new coils and hard wired motors. Exactly a week later he returned and fitted them. Each time he arrived promptly and was friendly and efficient.Thank you Wayne

Andy brought out a range of mobility scooters to our home. They covered all compromises. He wasn't at all pushy and we bought the 'mystery buy' - an eFoldi which, although expensive, is a brilliant piece of design which folds down to a medium size suitcase size and is easily liftable by 2 elderly people.. We would strongly recommend this company. Insurance and extended warranty reasonably priced.
