Hi everyone my name is Trevor am 67year old male . I recently had Lazer eye surgery by Optical express .Before I had the surgery my sight was not good until I found out about Optical express. My first consultation was free . On arrival the staff made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I was seen very quickly and my state of my vision was confirmed after some tests had been carried out After the test taken in to see the surgent who would carry out the procedure . It was explained to me in great detail and what would be the best option. There is nothing to be afraid of if you decide to get any of the procedures by Optical express. I would like to finish by saying thanks to all the stuff in Optical express Belfast. For their dedication and professionalism and aftercare was excellent. I highly recommendt Optical Express to anyone that's why I've given them a five star rating.

Never gave a bad review in my life before.Had laser eye surgery 11 years ago. Was told they would stand over it until I'm 40. I just turned 36 when I contacted them. Got booked in for the free Eye Consultation to see about correcting my vision they knew I had the procedure with them previously I made sure to confirm this and appointment was booked after I emailed them with the information. Then get a phonecall from the Belfast store asking for £100 as I need a special eye test as I've had the procedure before. Not only were they not going to fix my eyes for free as was promised, not even offered a discount as a repeat customer, but they want extra money to do the eye tests before confirming I can get the procedure again at full cost. Terrible service. Extremely disappointed in the lies they tell customers.

It was my first time in Belfast, I was in trouble and they helped me promptly despite not having an appointment. They were super kind, helpful and professional, and they made my journey continue in the best possible way. The best!!! Thank you very much!

Excellent Staff. Went for consultation, met at reception with a smile.Tiarnan then took over and was friendly, professional and informative. Then on to Colin, he was also unbelievably helpful, friendly and most importantly HONEST. What I wanted just didn't suit my eyes....but there were options given and discussed. No hard sell, no pushing or coercing, honest, professional advice was given. Overall an excellent experience

The whole service provided by optical express was top class. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Special mention to Jenny who did my initial consultation as she was just so lovely which put me at ease.The procedure was great, everything was explained to me and ran so smoothly. Results were outstanding!! I got Lasik and by the end of the day my vision was nearly perfect and at my next day consultation I had 2 lines better than 20/20 vision. I would 100% recommend this to anyone and especially to use optical express. I can genuinely say they changed my life so amazingly!
