Quoted TRIPLE the price of what it actually cost to get my car fixed. I even rang back to check they understood what needed fixing thinking maybe it was a mistake....massively overpriced. Great at getting an appointment and happy to accommodate me etc but the price was insane. Needless to say I got my car fixed elsewhere.

Newly moved to the area and was looking for a local garage. Andrew was really helpful on the phone, MOT was great and booked a full service. I forgot to drop the car off at the right time and he still found time to squeeze me in and the car has been running better than ever since!

Wheldon's Garage went above and beyond the call of duty when my car needed an MOT and I was unable to take it to the garage. They were very helpful, honest and found a solution to my problem. They have a customer for life and I highly recommend their services!

I have taken my car to this garage 3 times in my life. All 3 times it was overpriced and literally all 3 times they created an issue that wasn’t there before when the car was returned to me. I took my car to well known garage straight after and they charged me even less than wheldon’s and also identified 2 issues that garage caused. I just won’t ever take my car there again and would advise if this is your first time to avoid them

I found the gentleman I dealt with to be very patronising and quire rude.They did a good job with my car but their customer service was terribleWill not be returning

I'm really surprised at the poor reviews and am wondering if they are real!! I say this because i have used wheldons for over 3 years and they have been consistently excellent. They are cheaper than the other places I have been and the quality of care, reliability and customer service is always very good. I highly recommend them.

I took my car in for mot this morning even tho it was more costly then most it's close to home so thought I would give them a try only when I came to pick my car up they told me it had failed mot but they did the work so now it's passed only I didn't ask them to fix any of the problems as I know I could of got it done cheaper as I have a brother who fixes cars so now I'm 100 pound down. I do appreciate them doing the work but with how things are and me being a single mum I would of liked the option to save money

Had my rear discs and pads replaced. Did a very good job for a reasonable price.Will definitely use again!

Great garage. Andrew is really friendly and will explain even if I ask stupid questions. I've had my car in for various checks, MOT etc and he tried every time to keep the cost down while maintaining the quality of the repair. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I've been going to Wheldons for 4 years and everytime I visit I'm very happy with the service so much so that after moving out of Nottingham a few weeks ago I still bought my car to them when I had a problem. They went out of their way to get my car back to me on the same day so I could get home. I wish I could keep using them but sadly I'm now 40 mins drive from them and in an area with no public transport so in need of a more local garage. I can't recommend them enough, as a female driver going to a garage can sometimes be an uncomfortable experience and with Wheldons I've always felt safe and been treated with respect and kindness. They are highly professional and trustworthy and I'm sad not to be able to use them anymore.
