I'm very dissapointed. This was my first experience with this particular agency. I prepared all the documents that were required , was assured The place is secured and its still in the process to find out the place I was after is already gone. Absolutely shocking experience. Not recommend at all.

Worst communication from staff and so unprofessional. Their flats could be filthy and they wont even have it cleaned. Its a rubbish agency for both landlords and tenants. The really are not in favour of landlords or tenants. Anyone is better at going to any other agency than this one because you will no doubt receive a shockingly awful experience.

Not even one star! The worst office you can go to look for a house. I don't even bother to describe my experience. Just AVOID THEM at all cost!! If you still want to try them be prepared for your worst surprise of your life.. No joking!! The people there are a bunch of unprofessional individuals.

I dealt with Katie who was the most efficient and professional lettings advisor I have worked with. The systems in place for viewings/notifications make the process so easy and she responded quickly to any queries/requests. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

This is the worst letting agency to deal with. Bunch of unprofessional staff. They do everything possible to rip off your deposit. Poor customer services. Not for once will any complain be attended to. All they want is money money money.
