Branksome Dene Room

We attended a wedding here yesterday and it is a beautiful location. The ceremony was outside and inside we had afternoon tea with sandwiches, cakes and scones. Great place which can hold around 50 guests.

Nice place for a small function , beautiful views space inside for seating with tables . We took our own catering and drinks, but I think there is an option for it to be catered

Great place for a get together. Pretty basic but we got a local eatery to deliver fish and chips. Spectacular views of the beach from the terrace

Great place to have a party any time of the year the view is lovely looking out to sea. If the weather is not good then there is the pilvion which is a good size. And it's only a couple minutes to the beach.

There are no words for this venue, the views are absolutely stunning. We had a christening there in October and were blessed with a heat wave. The building has character and everything you need inside. It’s neutral, so it’s easy to dress up for any occasion/event. The patio outside has plenty of space and the toilets are well kept. We all had a wonderful day and would definitely use it again. (Please don’t change it to a coffee shop.)

This is a really cool place to hire for events. My most recent was a Homage to a wonderful person I supported and had passed away. They have good facilities to share food and space for a bbq and many people. Parking is vast and right on site. Also the beach is a stone throw away

We hired it for 2 days for my daughters wedding.It has a stunning situation on the clift top. But frankly, the council are fleecing the people who hire it. They charge extortionate prices, for what is a very tired rundown room. It was not very clean, and for the hire charge, to make the hirers use grotty misused public lavatories attached to the room is a bit rum. Build new public lavs, and refit the attached lavs for exclusive use of the hirers.There is no lighting around the steps etc, and one of our guests had a very nasty fall, ending in A&E. HSE would have a feild day there.Would not hire it again.Dangerous Ripoff!
