Waited a week for the appointment. On the day of the appointment and half way there as the garage was 55 mins away from my house . It was cancelled. What a waste of time.

My car was in Shrewsbury but I went for these guys in Telford, for a windscreen replacement. Both their price and lead time were better than the market.They turned up this morning as planned, did a great work.

Used these guys as was only place my insurance worked with. Staff were rude especially the woman who works there who laughed at me down the phone when I asked if someone could tow my car , as I was asked to bring it to the garage when the windscreen was smashed ? Bad customer service

Worst service ever don't recommend. Booked for a vehicle as was going in for mot that they was informed of and never turned up when I chased there attitude was awful and didn't have the screen in. Tried calling fir over 2 hrs and no answer so had to drive to there yard and still didn't get anywhere. Needless so say never again

Forced to use via the insurance company, removed windscreen then found that the replacement was cracked (maybe check beforehand?) hence our damaged windscreen had to be refitted and another one ordered - on collection a trim was missing from the windscreen, turns out the branch had 'one spare ' (yes, the one you removed from our vehicle). When the screen was eventually replaced they did a terrible job, the trim no longer fits correctly because the screen is not seated properly, it is too low, the amount of sealant at the top of the screen and interior of the vehicle proves this. A proper bodge job if ever I've seen one.Overall a terrible company and one that we will never use again, pay the extra and ensure your insurance company uses Auto Windscreen instead.

Had a windscreen replaced via insurance here, and the service was great. Staff were helpful and friendly. Fast turn round. The waiting area could do with a spruce up and heater

Had a problem with the side window on our motorhome. Visited National Windscreens for advice.They immediately booked us in did the job in less than an hour and even checked the other side window. Excellent professional service. Definitely recommend them. (and thankyou to the team for getting us on the road again!)

Was a wait for initial appointment from insurance for my windscreen but once done was quick. And a small error I had to go back to them for was dealt wirh quick a d with amazing customer service from thefitter. So thank you!
