Had blackwell heating around 2 weeks ago to fit new boiler radiator and a flush they did an excellent job highly recommend them for their work and professionalism definitely use them again thanks lads.

I could not recommend this company highly enough. From the very first contact to the end result with a new boiler installation plus connections into renewables, every step of the way it was handled with great professionalism, the installation guys are a credit to company and nothing was a problem. I wouldn’t dream of even considering going anywhere else from now on.

Having used Blackwell Heating for a number of years without any issues and have spoke of them highly until now and aware of the many 5 star reviews that we have also posted in the past up till now .However, sadly we now have had a completely different experience and not living upto expectation from this company .Due to an on-going issue with our boiler from April 2022 and paying a hefty bill to fix it, baring in mind we have solar panels, we found the problem persisted when we started to use our boiler again later in the year for heating. We called them out again and found one of the parts fitted earlier had warped with the heat, but later that day we found the fault continued.After doing a bit of investigation of my own on-line. I called them out again to inspect a component I beleived maybe the cause of the issue and hey presto" the part had perished

Had an awkward outside tap job done this morning. The gentleman that carried out the work was very knowledgeable and professional throughout. Would highly recommend.

I couldn't ask for a better result. The fitter and his apprentices were very friendly, knowledgeable and carried out the work to an extremely high standard. The communication from their office staff also was amazing and really made me feel like my thoughts and concerns were heard. Never felt ripped off and when an issue arose, it was rectified right away. I have already recommended them to many family and friends and will 100000% call them again.

Highly recommend this company. All staff were very friendly, but professional. They were on time and carried out all the requested work within the time frame given. We were happy with the cost of all the work.
